PAIYO, Here We Go!

Last week, Project PAI adopter ObEN announced in this newsletter the Alpha launch of their much anticipated PAIYO app. We were super excited by the outpouring of positive feedback and support from the community. Many people even shared their own PAIs in action, and spread the word about the first app on the PAI blockchain all over the world. After sending out almost 2000 Alpha invites, nearly 1000 new users have signed up to try the app. We’ve gotten hints from Team ObEN that another round of invites will be going out soon, so if you haven’t gotten a chance to try the app yet, make sure you sign up at!

A Community of Developers

As an open source project, a major element in the growth of the PAI ecosystem is the community of developers who contribute their talents by building apps on the PAI Blockchain. To support fellow developers, some of the Project PAI community members have worked together to create, an informational website to help anyone who wants to build their own decentralized app. On the site, you will find use cases, API documentation, and example code — but more importantly, you will find like-minded peers eager to discuss, help, and support each other in creating apps utilizing the Project PAI Blockchain. The site also encourages contributions from other members of the Project PAI community. Much like a wiki page, you can make recommendations to improve or add on to articles, or even write your own. The site also has a GitHub open to all contributors.

We are always amazed by the dedication and talent of the Project PAI community, and is a shining example of those qualities. We look forward to seeing the site grow into the best source of information for those who want to develop apps on the PAI Blockchain.

Make sure you enjoy some Pi, pie, and PAI today! See you in the next issue of PAI Updates!
