PAI Updates 7/11 — PAI Impresses at KAIST

Hello Project PAI Community. Here are the latest Updates!

Inspiring the Top Research Minds in Korea

This past week, Softbank hosted the 2019 AI Festival at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Hailed as the MIT of South Korea, KAIST is a top national research university and was the first research-oriented science and engineering institution established in the country. ObEN was invited by SoftBank to speak about the innovations the company has developed in the field of AI, and to discuss its use of the Project PAI blockchain as a way to store and secure the data assets derived from the creation of PAIs and the content generated using these AI avatars.

The festival was a great success, and many attendees were interested in learning more about this unique intersection of advanced AI and blockchain technology. Moreover, the KAIST AI Festival served as an excellent opportunity to showcase PAI technology to some potential adopters and different industry partners who were also in attendance, including those from big names like Microsoft and Google.
