    Scatter는 신원확인 툴이며 RIDL은 각 ID의 평판을 위해 사용되는 토큰입니다. 사용자 ID와 어플리케이션 ID로 나뉘어 평판 시스템에 의해 서로 평가합니다. 앱/웹이 유저를 평가할 시에는 가능성을, 유저가 앱/웹에 대해서는 특정 행동에 대한 평가를 실시합니다.
